Is there a cost to attend?

No — the luncheon is completely complimentary. Lunch is on us, and there's no obligation to make a decision that day. Just come, enjoy, and learn.

Who should I bring?

Bring a spouse, partner, adult child, or close friend — anyone whose input matters in your decision. The more the merrier. Just let us know how many are coming when you RSVP.

What if I can't make it on September 30?

No problem. We hold monthly information sessions and offer private tours. Call 763-270-3492 and we'll find a time that works for you.

What's included in Independent Living at Engel Haus?

Utilities, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, restaurant-style dining, housekeeping, access to all amenities (wellness center, club lounge, movie room, maker's room, rooftop patio, pickleball, putting green, and more), and a full calendar of social events. Pets under 30 lbs are welcome too.

When does Engel Haus open?

Engel Haus Independent Living is opening March 2027 and is now pre-leasing. Reserve early to secure your preferred floor plan and apartment location.

Is Engel Haus connected to a larger organization?

Yes. Engel Haus is part of Guardian Angels Senior Services, a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit with 60+ years of trusted senior care in Minnesota.
